Need help with LED Banner, found a problem, or have an idea?

We read every message and usually reply within a few days. To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

your device model and Android version,
the app version (shown in the app under Settings > About),
what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.

You can also use "Send feedback" in the app's settings. Feedback sent that way has no return address, so include your email in the message if you would like a reply.

Common questions

How do I make a GIF or a video of my banner?

Tap Export next to Show, choose Video or GIF, then tap Export. When it is ready, tap Share to send it or Save to gallery to keep it.

How do I change the speed or brightness while showing a banner?

Swipe sideways on the banner to change the speed, and up or down to change the brightness.

How do I stop the banner from being closed by accident?

Tap the banner, then tap the lock. Touches are ignored until you touch and hold the screen.

Where are my earlier banners?

Every banner you show is saved under the bookmarks icon at the top of the editor. Tap the star to keep one as a favourite.
